Welcome to Milpa! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and subscription services. By accessing or using our website (farmsdirectory.com) or subscribing to any Milpa plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  2. Use of Services: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or subscribe to a plan. By using our site and services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  3. Subscriptions & Billing: Milpa is offered as a monthly subscription service. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
  4. Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a free trial period as indicated at signup. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will begin billing automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  5. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to services until then. After cancellation, your Journeys become read-only: customers can still view them, but you will not be able to edit or create new Journeys until you resubscribe.   6. Refund and Dispute Policy: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your most recent charge. Refund requests should be sent to sayhi@farmsdirectory.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
    Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly at sayhi@farmsdirectory.com to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
  7. Service Availability: We strive to keep Milpa available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
  8. Your Content & Data: You retain ownership of all content you upload to Milpa (text, images, logos, etc.). By using the service, you grant Milpa a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of your Journeys. If you delete your account, we will remove your content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  9. Intellectual Property: All Milpa platform content — including the website, software, branding, graphics, and documentation — is the property of Milpa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform for your business purposes.
  10. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Milpa to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
  11. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
  12. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
